Leica DM IL Fluorescence Inverted Biological Microscope
The Leica DM IL fluorescence inverted microscope is designed for routine and standard research applications. This microscope has the same advanced features of the standard DM IL microscope as it combines optical excellence with ergonomic design and smart technology, making routine cell-checking work as comfortable and effortless as possible. Only a few adjustments are required to adjust the microscope to the user’s seat height, head posture, arm length and hand size. This adaptability provides reliable protection from muscular tension, poor posture, and long term, detrimental health effects. Microscopy has never been more comfortable and pleasant!
Transmitted-light methods can be used simultaneously or as an alternative, so that fluorescent and nonfluorescent structures can be clearly visualised.
The DM IL Fluo model has a range of fluorescence illuminators available and a 3 position fluorescence filter holder. The filter holder can contain filters for fluorophores such as GFP, FITC, DAPI and Cy5.
The Leica DM IL LED Fluo thus is a high-performance instrument for use in immunology, cytology, virology – and in any field that requires fluorescence techniques for living specimens.
