My experience with GT Vision Ltd has been excellent and I’d like to give a big shout out to Dr James Hussey. After an initial enquiry James got in touch with me and we had a very helpful conversation about which microscopes would best suit my needs. His advice was invaluable as I am a complete novice. I ordered two high quality microscopes, a display camera and screen, which were very well packaged. James then visited me to set the microscopes up properly and gave me a lot of advice, help and guidance. His friendly professional service and expertise gave me confidence and a head start on using the microscopes. If you are looking to buy microscopy equipment I highly recommend GT Vision Ltd.

All three occasions I've dealt with GTVision were nothing short of superb (a microscope for the office, one for my home lab and, later, a camera for same).

Ian helped me keep costs down by supplying an ex-display microscope for home, which was/is every bit as good as a brand new unit. Then Phil and Neil (MD) got me sorted with a suitable camera in 2024.

There was some confusion over what C-mount adaptor was needed versus what was originally supplied, but Neil took care of me and resolved the C-mount issue by providing the right part gratis to make up for that confusion.

Maybe you can find a remarkably similar microscope elsewhere, but you won't get the excellent pre- and post-sales customer support that I got, other than from GTVision whom I highly recommend.

I have been hugely impressed with the service I received from GT Vision. My elderly (30 yrs) Leica dissecting microscope suffered from the seizure of the zoom mechanism. I contacted the company and spoke to Neil, who explained that this may be impossible to fix, but he agreed to look at the instrument for me. He arranged all the shipping, and just over a week from despatch, I received my scope back in perfect condition. This company obviously give just as much attention to individual customers as to their corporate clients. Thank you, Neil (and his son who assisted with the repair). Wonderful service, and so nice to come across a company of this high standard.

An excellent microscope and customer service experience. The products themselves are fantastic value. The customer service team are also fantastic, answering technical queries and in my case resolving a finance problem that I had managed to create (by using the wrong credit card). Highly recommended.

Firstly I'd like to say how quickly my microscope arrived, within three days, and that the packaging was very good. Secondly I am very grateful to Neil P, with his sense of humour and patience, when I phoned with a concern about setting up the microscope. He talked me through various aspects until I had my lightbulb moment (as also did Neil but he refrained from comment!) and realised what a basic and ridiculous mistake I'd made. I cannot speak more highly of this company. They demonstrated technical competence, a prompt and helpful customer service, and showed generosity with their time and attention, and remarkably in this day and age, not asking for more money when replacing an item which cost more than I had paid for. An example to the modern retail world!
