Light Intensity Management
The Nikon Eclipse Si automatically adjusts the intensity of the illumination when changing objectives. The LIM feature reduces up to 40% of the time spent on adjusting light intensities, increasing comfort and saving time.
Low Height Stage
The height of the Eclipse Si stage is 135mm, which is about 50mm lower than conventional microscopes. This reduces that range of motion needed to change specimen slides, and this then reduces arm and shoulder fatigue.
Easy to adjust focus and slide position
The focus knob and stage movement controls are located closely together reducing the movement needed in viewing samples. This makes the operation of the microscope quicker and more ergonomic

You can easily to check the status of the microscope from the built in display.

The Eclipse Si offers brightfield, phase contrast, darkfield, simple polarising and fluorescence modes.
