Binocular microscopes encompass an enormous range of different classes of microscope. By definition, they are microscopes with two eyepieces and no camera port. Often people confuse binocular microscopes with stereo microscopes, in fact all stereo microscopes have two eyepieces and so do many other microscopes that are not stereo.
