The fluorescence unit has four standard filter sets- UV (excitation 330-400nm, emission 425-700nm), Violet (excitation 395-415nm, emission 455-700nm), Blue (excitation 420-485nm, emission 515-700nm) and Green (excitation 460-550nm, emission 590-700nm). It is quick and easy to switch betwwen the filter sets, with the rotary selector. This fluorescence unit has long life LED illumination, so there are no costly bulbs to replace and no fiddly alignment issues.
Featuring a widefield image (with 20mm FOV eyepieces), an ultra-modern design rackless stage, automatic power-off with activity detection, graduated Abbe condenser with fixed Köhler illumination and an ergonomic and easy to carry stand with a variety of options as standard.
