10X/FN22mm High Eyepoint Eyepiece with Crosshair Reticle with 100 divisions on the horizontal axis
This eyepiece replaces one of the 10X eyepieces in the microscope to provide a crystal clear reticle scale overlaid on the image. This is a focussing eyepiece to ensure that the scale is in focus exactly when viewing your samples.
This eyepiece is used for measuring features, to calibrate it an object of known size (eg a calibration scale) must be placed in the field of view and, for each magnfication, the size of 1 interval in the scale can be calculated and put into a table for future reference.
