Description

Turret Phase Kit with 4 Objectives, Condenser, Telescope and Filter for UltraBIO-6 Microscope.

Comprising of:

  • Turret phase condenserr with phase rings on a numbered, click-stop, rotating carousel. NA 1.25
  • Set of four E Plan Infinity Phase Contrast objectives: 10X (NA0.25), 20X (NA0.40), 40X (NA0.65), 100X oil Immersion (NA1.25)
  • Centering telescope
  • Filter

To fit this phase kit simply loosen the condenser holder screw, remove the existing brightfield Abbe condenser and replace with the turrent phase contrast condenser so the phase number is showing at the front.  Then remove the objectives and replace with the phase contrast objectives.  Set up the condenser into its correct Köhler position, remove an eyepiece, insert the centering telescope into the eyepiece tube and use the condenser centering screws to centre each phase ring with its corresponding objective.
