The Leica DM750 is a good quality routine and university teaching level microscope. Based on the same optical platform as Leica’s research microscopes, it has outstanding optical performance, plus a range of features making it quick and easy to use.
With the addition of a high quality and reasonably priced LED fluorescence module, the DM750 can be easily transformed into a modular, energy-efficient, easy to operate and long life fluorescence microscope, thus achieving efficient fluorescence observation at a reasonable cost. It provides a new solution for laboratory fluorescence observation.
The fluorescence illuminator can be supplied with single, dual and triple excitation wavelengths, so are suitable for common fluorophores such as DAPI, GFP, FITC, TRITC, mCherry etc.
Single- UV, Blue, Royal Blue
Dual- Blue/ Yellow, Blue/ Green
Triple- UV/ Blue/ Yellow, UV/ Blue/ Green
The DM750 can be configured with a binocular or trinocular head and has high specificaiton 4x, 10x, 40x, and 100x oil immersion NPlan objectives as standard.
