The Poltec series of polarising microscopes are designed for routine and research use for analysing a range of geological samples, including thin rock sections. These microscopes have a high specification, including infinity optics, strain free centerable objectives, Bertrand lens and a range of wave plates.

The stand is a modern and ergonomic design which makes it easy to use for extended periods of time.
