The ultraMZ-0460 monozoom microscope is designed for routine inspection tasks. The microscope is easy to set up and use, so little time need be spent on training on how to use the system. Samples are placed on the microscope stand and the image can then be viewed on the screen. The standard system has a magnification range of 10x-150x, so samples can be inspected overall, and then zoomed in to see particular parts in detail. Other magnifications are available.
With this system, a 5MP camera (the GXCAM-U3-5 model) outputs the image to a PC/laptop/ Mac. The camera is supplied with the camera control software. This enables the user to capture and optimise images, capture videos, take measurements of the sample, add annotations, capture high dynamic range or extended depth of focus images etc.
The ultraMZ-0460 system can have a range of illumination- standard ringlights, polarising ringlights, coaxial illuminators and transmitted illuminators, to suit a wide range of sample types. Please see the accessories tab for details.
The microscope is ideal for machine vision, small details inspection, industrial inspection especially electronic components, scientific research, medical industry and education- basically anything that involves the routine examination of small components!
