The HiChrome-Met microscope camera is designed for taking measurements for industrial inspection applications. No PC is needed! The camera has built in firmware for the measurement functions. It can be used for-

This remarkable camera is a combination of a microscope camera, z-motorised stage, image analysis software and a PC. All of the image analysis firmware is installed on the camera. All the user has to do is attach the camera to the microscope and plug in an HDMI screen. The images and measurement functions are then displayed on the HDMI screen.
The camera provides a wealth of 3D tools to easily measure any position of a 3D sample and record data in real time. With a materials microscope using a 10x objective, the measurement accuracy is ±2 µm.
The HiChrome-Met microscope camera connects to a materials microscope or stereo microscope equipped with reflected illumination. It will fit onto a standard c-mount microscope port.
