My experience with GT Vision Ltd has been excellent and I’d like to give a big shout out to Dr James Hussey.

After an initial enquiry James got in touch with me and we had a very helpful conversation about which microscopes would best suit my needs. His advice was invaluable as I am a complete novice. I ordered two high quality microscopes, a display camera and screen, which were very well packaged. James then visited me to set the microscopes up properly and gave me a lot of advice, help and guidance. His friendly professional service and expertise gave me confidence and a head start on using the microscopes.

If you are looking to buy microscopy equipment I highly recommend GT Vision Ltd.

All three occasions I've dealt with GTVision were nothing short of superb (a microscope for the office, one for my home lab and, later, a camera for same).

Ian helped me keep costs down by supplying an ex-display microscope for home, which was/is every bit as good as a brand new unit. Then Phil and Neil (MD) got me sorted with a suitable camera in 2024.

There was some confusion over what C-mount adaptor was needed versus what was originally supplied, but Neil took care of me and resolved the C-mount issue by providing the right part gratis to make up for that confusion.

Maybe you can find a remarkably similar microscope elsewhere, but you won't get the excellent pre- and post-sales customer support that I got, other than from GTVision whom I highly recommend.

GT Vision was absolutely fantastic in helping me reason my way through what I thought was a near disaster with my microscope! They were patient and eager to go beyond what was asked for.

I sought the help of GT Vision when my 30-year-old Leica dissecting microscope became inoperative because the zoom system had seized. I cannot praise them enough. Neil explained on the phone that this may be a difficult or even impossible repair, but agreed to take a look. A week later, my instrument was returned in show-room condition.

The company clearly value individuals every bit as much as their corporate clients. Thanks to everyone involved at the company. Efficient, friendly and thoroughly professional, including help with delivery.

I am very happy with the scope, I mainly use it for watch repair and it is allowing me to tackle issues that would otherwise be too small to work on.

I had to let you know that the ID0816 GXCAM EYE-5 & GT1001 30mm ring adapter I ordered yesterday morning arrived at about 0845h today.

I have already installed the camera and captured my first images, barely 24h after placing the order.
